Assessing Competences
All our Interim Executives are psychometrically profiled through Saville Consulting. This helps pinpoint key competences and measures the main characteristics that underpin success in their day-to-day work.

No Stone Left Unturned
To be part of our network, all interim executives must demonstrate a track record of working at a senior level – they also complete a video profile for clients to view during the shortlist stage. We seek endorsement from independent third parties too, making absolutely certain our people have the right combination of skills.
