Nick Robeson, Chief Executive of Hemming Robeson outlines - Our Selection Criteria.
At Hemming Robeson we have a strict selection criteria behind our interim executives. First and foremost we are looking for people who have operated at board and head of function level, that have completed at least two interim assignments and that those interim assignments come with client endorsements.
We look for people who operate through their own limited companies and who have made a genuine commitment to the interim management industry in relation to their career. The reason we have such a strict selection criteria is as a result of building a very, very successful population of senior interim executives, it’s incredibly important that we add to that dynamic with each individual that we work with.
